Pastor Bob

Pastor Bob Branch
Bob Branch
Bob is a mixture of fun-loving and intensity. He is real and raw, honest-to-a-fault, and loves Jesus and people. He takes God seriously, but not himself (as much). He’s comfortable being the life of the party, or dialing down alone.

He got his start in ministry as a worship leader, and started pastoring in 1984—doing his Masters training at Fuller, Gordon-Conwell and Saint Stephens University.

He has been married to Becky since 1983. They have 4 adult children, and 5 granddaughters—who they are crazy about. They came to Temecula in 1993 to start The Springs.

Bob loves God, Scripture, worship, teaching and preaching, and mentoring young leaders. He also loves C.S. Lewis, Dallas Willard, Tim Keller, N.T. Wright, Gordon Fee and brain-candy authors like Clive Cussler, J.R.R. Tolkien and Stephen R. Lawhead. He wishes he could surf (because it’s very cool), but he can’t. He plays golf and Wordle, follows pro and college football, pro baseball, and soccer. He also believes you cannot have too many guitars.
