Who We Are
We believe Worship is a value in itself—as our grateful response, our gift to God. (John 4:23-24; Luke 7:44-47; Romans 12:2)
We believe that lost people matter to God, and ought to matter to the church. (Luke 5:30-32; Luke 15:10)
We believe in being culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally pure. (1 Corinthians 9:22-23)
We believe in the ministry & empowering of the Holy Spirit and Spirit-led living. (1 Corinthians 12:7; Romans. 12:4-8; Galatians 5:25)
We believe every believer is a minister, with gifts given by God to serve Him and His purposes through the church. (1 Peter 2:5,9; Ephesians 4:7,11-13, 16)
We believe the church should be led by men and women with leadership gifts. (Romans 12:8; Proverbs 18:16)
We believe that the pursuit of full devotion to Christ & His cause is normal for every believer. (2 Corinthians 8:7)
We believe that unity and loving friendships should permeate every aspect of church life. (Matthew 18; John 13:35)
We believe that life-change happens best in Small Groups. (Acts 2:44-47; Luke 6:12-13)
